      Work-life balance Half day on Fridays Supportive colleagues and relaxed environment A lot of attention to newcomers

      Very political Production work gets very boring and repetitive very quickly It depends on the department, but for some departments all decisions are taken in France/Germany and the UK site has no say in it Mandate to be 3 days a week in the office is totally pointless when most of the work is done remotely with people being in other sites
