      - Especially good for early careers development - Attention to the employee's well-being - World Leader in its fiend - Focus on personal development and possibilità to work across different programs - Strong Early Careers Community - Work/Life balance

      - Lots of bureaucracy involved - Some process and implementation quite slow due to lots of back and forth discussions having to take place - Management not always understanding the technical challenges - Some managers/teams put a very high pressure on team members that is not well recognized - Career progression not quite clear - Some ways of working that'd need to be made more efficient - Some redundancy in tools - Very difficult at times to navigate/find what you need in its digital infrastructure - Could have more clarity and flexibility on salary re-negotiation - Some teams are quite old and not really social - Could offer some more benefits / discounts
