      Pros

      Lots of opportunities are provided to research engineers and corporate roles such as governance and management, process methods and tools development. Resources are available to explore lots of different technologies. You can work and collaborate more easily with all EADS business units and beyond corporate boundaries.

      Cons

      Don't forget to get back to business units once being in corporate projects. Restructuring of business units affects the projects of corporate, but this is normal for any organization!

      Pros

      breadth of technologies great business prospects multinational and not only 1 country culture.

      Cons

      not a meritocracy. too slow and bureaucratic. too political (even excluding the governments). I hear pay is low when compared to competitors, suppliers and other companies in other engineerning and manufacturing industries.
