      Pros

      Good cooperative atmosphere at working level. Stable company. Close to 10 000 jobs on site and a well established possibility to change jobs every 3-4 years. Stable, lots of advantages (vacation, daycare, cheque cesu: around 2000E for me yearly)

      Cons

      Heavy and messy process, old school type of management. Better start with an high potentiel profile or you will not be given many chances to shine.. New program might be more dynamic though..

      Airbus Group offer a lot of opportunities for change and evolution in various domains. The working environment is great and the associated benefits are tremendous.

      The company is very much focused on their awesome products, and should sometimes consider better their awesome people individually...

      Too much politics slow down the projects. Airbus is like a big boat : It is slow and difficult to change its direction.
