Pros
Airbus DS is a large, multinational organisation which provides numerous opportunities to travel and work in many different disciplines. The internship program gives a great insight into the industry for those who have yet to gain work experience (undergrads)
Cons
No intern - graduate path in place. Something that seems to always be in the pipeline, con as there is no guarantee of returning to the grad scheme as you would find with other companies (i.e. MBDA)
