      Pros

      Really good working conditions, flexible work day, great ambient and teamwork. They give opportunities to young engineers to grow into the projects.

      Cons

      A little inefficient way to work. It is a company to learn about some things and then, search for another place to keep growing

      Good place to work but bad career progession

      Pros

      Stable employment, a lot of vacations during the year, good quality of life, and not low salaries compared with other companies in the same sector.

      Cons

      Very difficult career progression, and nearly impossible to get a big (higher than 5%) wage increase. It doesn't matter how good or bad you do during the year, you'll always get a 100% in your evaluation and your bonus is related to that mark.
