      Gain lots of knowledge about their products and services. Learn the MRO approach to solve technical issues on aircraft. Plenty of technical course offered to MRO staff.

      Cons

      More soft skills course should be offered to technical staff. Staff benefits should also be increased and reviewed in comparison to other aviation companies.
