      Working at Aira has been a rewarding experience due to their ambitious goal of reducing global CO2 emissions one heat pump at a time. The startup environment is both challenging and exciting, and we have a team all striving towards the same goal.

      While working at a startup can be challenging, it is also exciting as it gives you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful changes and improvements.

      Pros

      I feel so privileged to get the opportunity to work for Aira. Everyone I work with is absolutely fantastic and supportive. I have to give a special mention to my boss Marc Clarke who goes out of his way to make sure the team feels heard and respected. I couldn't have gotten a better boss! The work is enjoyable and fulfilling, I look forward to Mondays and the week ahead.

      Cons

      Lots of driving but not really a con for me as I enjoy it, I know it will improve when more people get hired.
