      Pros

      Fixed working hours. Nothing much to do after cause everything is done within the working time. Good salary. Have opportunity to earn more if there is OT. Good place to work in if you don’t know what to do yet after graduation.

      Cons

      Sometimes work environment can be toxic. Some colleagues are not so supportive. If you get a good manager, you’re set. US customers sometimes can be rude as they don’t think Malaysians can speak English.
