-Good pay and good Hybrid (WFH) benefits. -Easy to apply leaves. -Year end bonus is plenty (depending on performance).

Cons

-Middle management is lackluster while upper management does not seem to bother looking into frontliners' experiences. -Data is more important than human when considering policies. -Work culture has shifted from employee-centric to process-centric.
