I love the data-driven culture! The people working in Agoda lives up to it. This is data science theory put in to action and I am learning and enjoying it every day! It is also good that though most of the leadership are foreigners, the Thai culture of friendliness and good karma influence how people work with each other. I love Agoda. I would work for this company all over again.

Cons

Probably because the company is only a fraction of its sister company - Booking.com, the company benefits such as sabbatical leaves or stocks shares are benefits the company not considering at the moment. Which may not be attractive for some, but sounds reasonable for me. Id rather have them carefully choosing benefits than redundiating employees.

Full of cons - people are really bad, non supporting - who spent 2-3 years thinks they are above every new joinee , they don't want to settle them - managers are even more cruel than colleagues
