- There's huge emphasis on quantifying every metric and every initiative we take. Back of the hand guesstimates are encouraged and equally encouraged is the PM's ability to execute the idea and prove themselves right / wrong.

Cons

- There's equal focus in quantifying the unquantifiable which sometimes feels overwhelming.
