Pros
Adobe is a company that, as a whole, strives to consider the individual. I have seen this time and time again from C-level leaders and my own personal managers. They care about your growth and ensuring you have an excellent experience working for them.
Cons
Some people managers are in positions that are best not being managers; they are excellent architects, senior-level professionals, but shouldn't be managing employees. That being said, I have seen them provide opportunities for these employees to learn, grow, and give them a chance before looking for better fits for their employees.
