      The products, the office location.

      Cons

      No direction, old school sales people with old techniques, it's very much as sales lead organisation. After working in tech for the last 10+ years it's a surprise that Adobe hasn't been overtaken by a much more innovative competitor....Yet.

      Lots of time off (7 days 4th of July, 9+ days Christmas) + ~3 weeks PTO + 10+ holidays ESPP Plan RSU's Good Benefits

      Cons

      Pushes for diversity over qualifications Desk sizes are itty-bitty in Lehi (they won't build a new building in Utah until diversity numbers improve, so they're downsizing cubicles to pack more people in)
