      Pros

      Lovely environment in London office. Great people to collaborate with. Generally a great experience for individual contributors and managers.

      Cons

      Not such a great experience for very senior VP plus. Feels like Adobe has lost its way as it relates to executive leadership. Too many very senior leaders do not have the experience required to run a global sales / field organisation.

      Cons

      Lot's of disparate software, too many middle managers, each with their own priorities. This means that everything and nothing is a priority at the same time.
