Pros

Great benefits such as health care, caltrain pass, vacation time, ESPP, and so on. Big org so very slow paced if that is what you like.

Cons

No way to move up the latter. Performance reviews completely useless since any promotion is controlled by VPs and they don't look at that: They want you to be a brown-nose.

Pros

USED to be a great company. Growth goals are unrealistic with current products.

Cons

Great company a few years ago but Sales is struggling to meet unrealistic sales goals. Great people are being recruited away from other companies to join only to find the accounts they have been given are non-producing, the sales goals are unrealistic and the money is just not there like it used to be. DON'T leave a good job to join this circus of leadership, only to be let go for not meeting their inflated performance goals.

Pros

There are amazing perks and benefits, such as, wellness fund, free food, insurance coverage etc. Unfortunately, not able to find any pros for working environment and culture, especially, in India.

Cons

You’ll be assigned a task with an expectation of finishing it in a week and within a few days, you’ll see someone else is working in it without your knowledge. The new person will work on it for months and eventually fail (as his competences were different), then guess what, the leadership will blame you saying it was your responsibility to make it successful. The best part is you were not at all included is all the communications with this new person or not at included in any decisions, however, still the blame would be on you. In case of success, it’s the the manager, who are doing right things. Maturity level of middle managers is questionable and most have a set of favourites who are treated very well. The bad part is managers are showing wrong picture of their own team in front of the leadership, so, that, the leadership assume that, all the work is being taken care of because of the manager and this person is putting lot of effort. However, the fact is manager is making things worse.
