      Pros

      Used to be a company with values. Good brand value still there in the market. Good pay.

      Cons

      Management getting bad to worse especially in Bangalore. Looks like they are filling management positions in desperation. Emergence of service-based culture can be clearly seen in some of the well known product teams. They are spoiling the culture of Adobe. This happens when management is blinded by company success in recent past. Arrogance takes its toll. Hope hr takes employee feedback seriously.

      No salary hike for Lateral hires for 2-3 years

      Free food, good campus, good people around, technology leader in application space

      Cons

      No salary hike and no stocks are given for 2-3 years for Lateral hires, this is mostly a surprise, so consider it while negotiating the compensation on joining itself

      Culture of the company is terrible. People are the most important asset in any business, especially tech. Have a heart, treat every person with dignity and respect, starting with potential hires by not ghosting!
