      Pros

      Excellent people, great salaries and benefits, fantastic products and a lot of respect in the tech community. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my team, and I've found that my peers are well-trained and respectful. Management appreciates employees and encourages career development.

      Cons

      Management in my group can be somewhat schizophrenic with focus changing weekly. We live in fear of yearly layoffs and reorgs.

      It is good company if you are in right team. If not, you are out of luck. Good benefits compared to other companies in bayarea.

      Cons

      Pay is less compared to other companies. If you are in few teams, this is not a problem.You need to check out team before joining.
