great benefits and flexibility; very smart and innovative people who want to work hard

Cons

Leadership structure has become dysfunctional with poor vision from the top and Senior Leaders changing direction, mixed-messages, power-dynamics, mistrust. Middle-level managers are dis-empowered, not trusted and stuck implementing things they don't believe in.
