Pros

Very laid back..everyone leaves by 5pm and getting in by 9am is considered early. It's fairly stable, although they do have a round of layoffs every year. If you don't stick your neck out, you can stay there forever.

Cons

little room for career growth. great place to work if you have young children and need flexibilty, but you'll never advance and it's not very challenging work.

Pros

Learn a lot on Adobe Technology and Digital Marketing Smart people, always willing to help Great benefits and time off As a consultant, you are in some ways managing your own time and work, like an "intrapreneur"

Cons

Not to many downsides, though it can be slow to grow your career Huge emphasis on hitting utilization targets which can be a bit stressful, but not that bad.

Pros

Adobe is a good pay master and the bonus they offer is extremely good and better than several other companies in the bay area.

Cons

Some of the organizations within Adobe do not work well with others. They need to let go their personal interest and focus on company goals.
