Strong brand with amazing reputation among peers and customers in industry. Flagship products are top among their class. Amazing benefits and work/life balance. SF/SJ locations a plus!

Cons

Like most large companies which rely on a legacy product as cash cow, the company can be fairly conservative and risk-averse.

- Flexible work environment- can do calls remotely - Humane work environment; treat employees with respect - Management willing to listen - Potential for a great future - Senior peers, not a lot of junior churn

Cons

- Slow processes - Hiring people who do not get market 'bean counters' - mature product lines that need help - Lots of responsibility for not few fancy titles - Sr. Management (Sr. Director and above) who see only quarterly, Wall Street and not the potential in front of them
