Pros

Good fellow employees. Buildings are nice.

Cons

Management provides little insight into reviews. Pay starts competitive, but no effort is made to keep pay competitive over time. Work goes unappreciated. You have to self-promote to get anywhere. If you can't self-promote then you'll be in a dreaded job. IC work is often presented as work done by management team.

Pros

Good Brand, Facilities are good like free food, Gym, Playing Area. Medical Insurance policy is good. Nice building. Work from Home option

Cons

There are so many. Very poor Work life balance. Adobe GDC have worst managers and all just focus to get most out if you. You will be forced to work in multiple projects across different time zones. Hikes are very less 4-6% and Salary structure too much inflated. Most leave within 5-6 months of joining.

Pros

Great salary and benefits package

Cons

* Limited Opportunities for Advancement: Promotions seem to favor a specific demographic regardless of actual performance. This creates a barrier for anyone above the age of 50, minorities and women seeking career growth. * Lack of Accountability: Some employees excel at managing upwards while contributing minimally. Their close relationships with management shield them from consequences. * Dismissive Culture: Openly addressing under performers can be misconstrued as negativity, while genuine concerns are sometimes disregarded. This can be frustrating for those who value a meritocratic work environment. * Innovation Stifled: Investment in cutting-edge solutions to expand Adobe’s product offerings seems to lack a strong follow-through on innovation. These acquired solutions often become outdated due to a lack of investment, hindering their potential.
