      Pros

      Some teams have good interesting work though majority teams are not doing exciting work.

      Cons

      Senior leadership seemed somewhat political with many old-timers keeping power and directing roadmaps without letting ICs decide what to work on.

      Great benefits, some good people, decent pay (although losing competitiveness quickly)

      Cons

      They think that because they pay you a salary, they can do whatever with you. Career goals and ambition don’t matter. Constant reorgs and changing priorities mean whatever you do doesn’t count towards promotion, which seems to be possible only if you are loud and play the politics game. I have never seen the morale in London so down; Adobe is losing ground to competitors, management seem to have forgotten people are key to its success (and survival).
