- good employee benefits, such as ESPP, reimbursement of kindergarden costs - providing of a business cell phone and full coverage of cell phone bills - great team, inspiring people to work with (this one obviously depends on location and business unit)

Cons

Since it is a huge multinational company, some things are moving slowly, because they have to go through a lot of processes and different people's decisions. But this is the downside of most big companies.
