Great benefits, great people. Meets targets every quarter and pays well.

Cons

Not a rocket ship, so the AI tech bubble market doesn't properly value the company. And the company itself is still trying to figure out how AI fits with its story. It's not going to make you FAANG rich.

-Everyone on your team and across functions are super helpful if you ever need anything -Great products -Big customers who rely heavily on Adobe to help them make money -Haven't done any mass layoffs compared to other big tech orgs -Amazing benefits: wellness fund, professional development fund, and access to one of the best health insurance I've ever seen

Cons

-Too many tools -No standardization when it comes to workflows and processes -Difficult to move up -Pay doesn't match the rate of inflation
