      -Great rewards, both monetary and non monetary -Great people to work with -Company really cares about it's employees - not just talks about it

      Cons

      -Adobe's hourly consulting rate is expensive. Sales team sells fixed price contracts because of lack of Demand and lots of competition in the field. Which makes total sense in these times, but this results in overtime. -Adobe acquires a bit too many companies and tries to do to many things instead of focusing on it's core business
