Pros
During my time as a student, I was able to gain many insights into a wide range of industries. However, none of the companies is comparable to Adobe. The American company stands out with its flat hierarchies, fast development dynamics and collegial mindset. Even though I started my job with a different focus of my studies, I was given enough time to familiarise myself with the world of software in order to be optimally prepared for my future responsibilities.
Cons
After almost a year at Adobe, I could not find any serious critics.
