Pros

1) Free food. 2) Less work pressure in some teams (not all) 3) Smart people

Cons

1) Most of the teams are doing exploratory or supporting work to US, not much challenging work. 2) Bossy types, keep your boss and management happy to enjoy benefits else you are screwed. 3) Career path stagnation specially when you grow senior 4) Learning is not good and you can easily get outdated in the market, thats the biggest risk for working with Adobe.

Pros

Awesome facilities. Free food. Pick and drop facilities. Work from home facilities (only if you are close your boss!), Nice infrastructure, Fat salaries (Negotiate to your best!)

Cons

Work culture. No processes. Discrimination between US Vs Indian employees. Hierarchy system. People management. Typical punjabi culture on the floor. Ugly culture of boot licking developed by the senior management professionals for the level down. No transparency.

Pros

Perks, salary and benefits are great. The culture is very positive. I get to work with some extremely smart people and the social atmosphere is very friendly. They are also really good about letting you move to other positions within the company once you are an employee, so there are infinite ways to grow your career, which is great, because I don't want to go anywhere. Without negotiating, they gave me a generous stock award as a signing bonus (pretty sure that's standard) and they also have an insane employee stock purchasing plan that allows you to buy Adobe stock at a 15% discount from the lowest price over a 2 year period... It's free money.

Cons

I haven't found any yet... I mean, if you hate working for a big company, it might not be your thing. That said, there are a lot of small teams within Adobe that work like smaller companies, but with the benefit of the cushy benefits and stability of a big company like Adobe.
