Pros

- Variety in available projects and clients. - Opportunities to take on new responsibilities and challenges. - Decent work/life balance: above average vacation time, flexibility to work remotely.

Cons

- Inconsistency from project to project: expectations, opportunities, work environment, etc. - Little sense of community: few opportunities to develop long-term business relationships across multiple projects. - Very little transparency in regards to performance feedback/ratings.

Accenture is good, but...

Pros

Accenture allows its analysts and consultants to pick from a variety of roles, this allows new hires to test out the waters and see where they fit in best.

Cons

Compensation is definitely an issue. There is no more overtime pay, so its definitely a bummer if you are working 60-70 hours a week for 3 months and you are not being compensated for it.
