Pros
so it may not be everyone's dream job but you are paid well at such a yound age and you get WAY more experience then people who take one of those dime a dozen analyst jobs at some big company. you are give a lot of responsibility and can set your own schedule which is nice and its not a boring job, always new stuff to do, time flies....
Cons
hiring, inventories, sometimes long hrs if things aren't going smooth, weekend work, everything is manual and wayyyyy behind the times as far as technology goes (ordering, inventories, no email, etc.), not the most talented senior management and not the most rewarding place to work if you are looking for praise and appreciation
