Great people, small office with executive interaction. Lots of hands on and broad exposure to asset management.

Cons

Little upward potential, other than that this really is a great place.

Pros

The work culture at AGF is great. It's a small company, so you get build good working relationship with higher management. Pay and benefits are better than the average industry standard. Work is interesting. Managers are generally well-liked. You have opportunity to take on more responsibilities.

Cons

Financially, a little volatile at the moment. If you're looking for 100% job security, they may not be the best place to work at the moment.
