Nice office (if you find an in-house assignment), After-work activities before Covid

Cons

Salary and benefits below average, Slow salary development, Most assignments are quite boring, menial and/or out of town, Worst managers I've had, No room for professional development, Hiring like there is no tomorrow, Huge turnover, No bonus (we literally got 4 ice cream coupons as a summer gift...)
