Openness, transparency and fairness Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop (the limit is your ambitions) Well organized structure and management Large range of projects at all levels Amazing ranges of courses and development plans Great range of extra benefits and retirement plans In general the best consultancy frim to start your career and grow

Cons

Projects are limited to engineering and service sector Very high internal competition for projects (which is good in some senses because you have to become better in your field but it cause stress and despair on new employees) Lowe starting salary compared to other consultancy firms
