not much but still at some point for the work you do, you may not get what you expect because of some silly reasons

Pros

People, salaries, career plans, opportunities, great managers, distributed teams, work from home once or more a week.

Cons

less-than-average lunch ticket value, no VA (ticket to use at the supermarket), less-than-average annual bonus per results, no full-time remote option (as of now, not sure how it's going to be after covid-19)
