Pros

Co-workers are good people, dedicated and very willing to help. It used to be a wonderful company to work for but that has changed in the past several years.

Cons

Training insufficient, absolutely no work/life balance. Getting clients 'live' (billable) takes priority over quality (testing/QA) every time. There are layoffs every year and the positions are always back-filled with foreign associates.

Pros

None There is nothing good here. They promise a dedicated service team but provide a call center to help support the clients

Cons

System is terrible to use and support. Need 10 different systems to do what should be a simple task. Coworkers are too worried about the call metrics then helping out
