You can enhance your skills, learn new things, complete various certifications, etc. ADP is an employee friendly company and does a lot for the employees. Good environment and lots of growth opportunities. Good medical benefits.

Cons

Work from home facility is unable and mobile phones are not allowed on the floor.

Difficult to advance with more responsibility because everyone loves to work there. This may be only in some locations. ADP is huge and internal growth may be less difficult elsewhere.
