      Pros

      Always different issues and challenges. Never a dull moment, workday goes by quickly because there is so much work to do, never a second to be bored. Benefits are great, if you are ever sick or hospitalized you begin to appreciate working for a company like ADP.

      Cons

      Comic relief provided by poor buliding maintenance. Sometimes management seems too far removed from front line to understand point of view of those closer to issues.

      Pros

      Work indoors. Hourly wage and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Not enough employees - we were always buried under a pile of work. Too much focus on metrics instead of quality of work. Hard to get days off. Were expected to do tax accounting work without tax accounting experience. I did not take pride in the quality of service we provided.

      Pros

      Working from home and some free training; when times were good so was the training opportunity; when times were bad there was only belt tightening;

      Cons

      Poor communication from management; silos; overworked and under staffed; outsourcing to India; there isn't one methodology used by all groups and that makes it difficult on projects where there are multiple products involved; there needs to be more involvement between sales and implementation.
