      Churn and Burn - Revolving Door

      Pros

      Good training and good salary during training period.

      Cons

      Their approach is like throwing feces at the wall and seeing what sticks. They churn and burn through reps because the accounts are just hounded and hammered to death. You are likely the 4th or 5th rep that has called on them during the course of a year or two.

      Great life/work balance- but little chance for the professional growth. Flexibility depends on the manager.

      Pros

      Flexibility and work life balance. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      No opportunity for promotion. They do not like people who think out of box. Years of services are valued and not the accomplishments. They do not encourage people to grow and achieve. Mediocrity is the way of life in ADP. Do not care about employees.

      Great sales and product training on regular basis; many options on where to go within ADP Sales - variety of products to learn about and sell; solid implementation and support teams behind each sale;

      Cons

      Sales process is complex, so many reps selling to every account - team selling can be challenging even though everyone tries to work together, for the most part;
