Adp is a great place to start a career after college. They will work with you and make every attempt to help a new associate succeed.

Cons

There is very little room to advance due to the “very established good ole boy system” People get promoted due to who they know rather than what they actually know.

Pros

Good Management team that works with reps to help them grow. Outstanding sales training program that focuses on strategic sales. Best technology in the industry.

Cons

Territories are extremely small in the Up Market Sales Position Base salary is pretty low and the commission structure is tiered so for your first 3 months you aren't making much money unless you really destroy your quota.

Excellent training program. Lots of recognition and incentives for performers.

Cons

Good sales managers and sales executives are hit and miss. I had the misfortune of having some bad managers and sales execs. You really have to watch your back and be in good with management if you want the best opportunities for yourself - especially related to what territory opportunities you have.
