      Pros

      Good compensation plan, stable company, industry leader. There are some good departments in Chicago and some good cities with TotalSource opportunity, but Chicago's Director of Sales only likes to hire buddies.

      Cons

      There was a clique of good friends on my team that worked together, played together, and stuck together. They didn't accept new personnel into their clique which makes it difficult to succeed as a new hire.

      Flexible Schedules Very friendly work atmosphere Management is easy to work with Decent benefits

      Cons

      Pay is average and increases are small (although annual) Need to test the products before rolling them out. Silos separate departments (Sales, Payroll, HR etc)
