Pros

Lots of resources available. I work in the tax credit services division. A great place for someone who is interested in learning about tax credits and incentives.

Cons

I am more interested in becoming an auditor. There are not a lot of opportunities available for someone interested in auditing. But, this is a tax credit department so it should be expected.
