      Pros

      The benefits are great! The company has great brand recognition and will be well recognized by your future employers. There is a strong communication between all levels.

      Cons

      It is a corporation. There are many policies and procedures just like there would be at any major company. Depending on who you work with, it may be unbearable some days.

      TotalSource/ADP resource doesnt follow the larger ADP rules/policy- they are HORRIBLE to their employees Downsizing in certain depts removed talent tenured people Open door policy is for namesake only- beware if there is a problem you are on your own Boasting about quarterly profits is tasteless if you have let go over 50% of a dept
