The RightThing is the perfect place for high achievers and individuals who are willing to go above and beyond, they expect a lot from employees in terms of time and workload but also give a lot in return. Not recommended for individuals looking for a full time job that is only 40 hours a week.

People are awesome, dedicated, loyal and hard-working. Leadership & Management are very approachable. Great work/life balance. Flexible schedules/working remotely is a huge benefit in today's environment. Great company culture. casual dress code, much room for professional advancement. good competitive pay, and absolute best benefits!

Cons

Working remote is good but little F2F time and interaction with other employees.
