Pros
ADP have great benefits such as a gym, credit union, cafeteria, daycare, & dr's office. They have a great training program. It's a great company to work.
Cons
Management needs to be consistent in fairness to employees. Some mangers seems to try and hold employees back for rehire or promotions within the company because of their own personal reasons.
