      it looks good on a resume and this job provides a good challenge of one's critical thinking skills.

      call center environment. promotion seems to be hard to achieve. be prepared to work hard and take in a lot of info

      Great at first...company couldn't handle such rapid growth

      Pros

      Pay, experience, professional growth, amazing co-workers. I loved my job and the relationships I built with clients and candidates. Great company parties! I was given a lot of responsibilities and tasks. At one time really was the best company to work for!

      Cons

      Management had no follow through, was told I would go full time and never did, told after 6 months we could work remotely and was not. Change policies a lot, no follow through. Cut hours at any time, expect employees to be flexible and meed client needs but with such hour restrictions often that is hard, even impossible, to do.
