      Good to learn, but cant grow in monetary terms.

      Pros

      Good Peer to peer sharing, and feel good environment to work. work itself is interesting, more than anything else. Go to learn work and get good experience.

      Cons

      Less compensation, no flexible timings, no work from home, highly controlled environment. Strict leave policy.

      Pros

      I worked with a number of very nice, hard working people. It's management and the company culture that is just awful.

      Cons

      Very little communication between management and staff. Any information that is provided is usually done via a "Town Meeting". In the last one I attended, the GM announced that everyone should "get their resumes ready"...she wasn't kidding and she did not expand on that remark.
