      Pros

      if you're money motivated and hungry to succeed, you can succeed here! Top performers are rewarded and recognized... you definitely have to be used to a metric driven environment.

      Cons

      Not for people who don't like metrics and goals... I don't consider it micromanaging but people who come from a work from home or very independent environment may not care for the structure.

      Travel can be hard on a married person but it has to be agreed with your spouse. Travel, Love and Marriage.
