      Pros

      I have been at ADP for over 5 years and have the opportunity to work from home. It has given me a great chance to balance my work life and family life. I also have had 2 promotions in 4 years. ADP rewards those who work hard and have a great attitude. The benefits are great also! I plan on spending my career here!

      Cons

      Love working from home but would like the opportunity to see my co workers more often. Right now we only see eachother about once a year.

      -Flexible work hours -No micromanaging -Competitive training pay -Good uper management -Extensive training program -Organized -Many resouces to help you be successful

      Cons

      -They only pay $350 for your car, which does not cover payment and gas -Training is over 3 months, very long and not engaging -High stress sales environment

      Nepotism and favoritism shown by management ruins career advancement for talented employees.

      Pros

      You get good pay and benefits even for part time employees.Some of the employees are nice to work with. Management treats favorites very very well.

      Cons

      They extract all your energy and push you to work harder and harder.You work very hard for benefits and pay. Favorites get preferential treatment and outright better and more pay for same work.
