Good training program. You must enjoy an extremely fast paced environment and answering calls all day long. Supportive supervisors when needed. Supportive co-workers when needed.

Cons

Miscommunication between co-workers with client reps not properly recording notes in the system causing mishaps with customers. Extremely fast paced. No privacy whatsoever! Everybody wants to know your business! Some young supervisors to haughty for their own good and immature. Get ready to answer at least 100 calls or more per hour. Extremely boring.

Positive place to work, but heavy work load...but also given the right tools to succeed. flexible schedule as needed.

Cons

often my clients will say that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing because team members on a project are not in one place and the communication could be improved.
