      Pros

      Career Path is something you own. I have been here for 4 years and counting. Those who do not succeed here are truly not trying. You can build your success! I was promoted after struggling my 1st year, then figuring in out my 2nd/3rd and now I am up and on... and growing!

      Cons

      Some may say ....It is a large corporation, you only feel like a number if you choose to feel that way. ADP gives you the training and tools and resources to shine.

      One of the most disappointing jobs I have ever had.

      Pros

      The have great benefits, decent sales training for the inexperienced and a lot of prize giveaways.

      Cons

      frat style middle management, little to no opportunity for upward mobility, quotas are increased annually so you will not last more than 3-5 years in sales, not a place to work if you are unless you are fresh out of college.
